Terms and confidentiality

Project ideas you share
Anything you tell us about your project is confidential. We use it only to talk with you about that project. We don’t share it with anyone else, and we don’t reuse it in our own work or in work for other clients. Your ideas remain yours.
Before deeper work
We’re happy to sign an NDA before you share more detail. Ownership of paid work is set out in a written agreement for each project.
What the contact form collects
Your name and email, your phone and company if you add them, and your answers about the project. We also record basic technical information (IP address, country and browser) to prevent spam and abuse.
This information is shared only with the service providers that host this site and deliver its email. It is never sold and never used for advertising.
Test sessions in the Studio portal
Recording happens only during a test you start. A session records your device, browser, IP address, approximate location, gameplay events and screenshots. Only Diphda Studios and that project’s team can see it.
Deleting your information
To get a copy of your information or ask us to delete it, use the privacy request form.
Deleted accounts are kept for one year so they can be restored, then permanently erased. A privacy request erases everything right away.
